How long does a consultation take?

A standard consultation takes 20-30 minutes, while a complete check-up can take up to 60 minutes. The exact duration is displayed on each service page.

Can I come without an appointment?

We recommend booking in advance. However, we also accept walk-in patients based on availability, with a possible longer waiting time.

What documents should I bring?

Please bring:

  • ID card
  • Health insurance card
  • Referral letter from your GP (if applicable)
  • Previous relevant test results

3 Results

How long until test results are ready?

Routine tests are available within 24-48 hours. Specialized tests may require 3-5 business days. You will be notified by email when ready.

Can I download results as PDF?

Yes, after authenticating with your unique code, you can view and download all results in PDF. The document includes the clinic header.

Who can see my medical results?

Only you (with your access code) and your attending physician can access the results. Data is protected under GDPR.

Do you offer packages or subscriptions?

Yes, we offer preventive packages (annual check-up, cardiac screening, dermatological screening) at advantageous prices. Companies can benefit from corporate subscriptions.

What is CAS coverage and how do I benefit?

CAS (Health Insurance House) partially or fully covers certain medical services. You need:

  • Valid health card
  • GP referral (valid 30 days)

Services marked CAS are eligible.

3 Preparation

What preparation is needed for an ultrasound?
  • Abdominal ultrasound: Fasting 6+ hours
  • Thyroid ultrasound: No special preparation
  • Echocardiography: No special preparation
Do I need to fast before the consultation?

For regular consultations, fasting is not required. Exceptions include same-day blood tests, endocrinology with glycemic profile, and complete check-ups with blood work.

How do I prepare for an ECG or EEG?

ECG:

  • Wear easy-to-remove clothing
  • Avoid body creams on exam day

EEG:

  • Wash hair without conditioner
  • No coffee 12 hours before
  • Sleep normally the night before
